Little Women is a novel by Louisa May Alcott that follows the lives of four sisters, Meg, Jo, Beth and Amy, as they grow from girls to young women. The novel was published in 1868 – 1869, and is set during the time of the American Civil War. The sisters all have their own unique personalities, but share a love of family and home.
